Ninja Van is seeking a Rider Onboarding Specialist to join its Resource Management Support Unit. The primary role involves rider recruitment to ensure a sufficient pool of riders for assigned areas. Responsibilities include building relationships with rider communities and manpower agencies, creating social media communities for lead generation, focusing on rider acquisition, escalating issues, gathering industry practices for rider retention programs, coordinating with operations for retention initiatives, ensuring rider performance reviews, monitoring contractor and agency key performance indicators, communicating directives to independent contractors, and performing other related tasks for fleet team resourcing. The role requires a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in rider recruitment or similar, a strong understanding of logistics operations, proven supervisory or team management experience, proficiency in MS Excel for data processing and analysis, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders. The position is based in Tagum, Davao and requires willingness to travel.
