Job Description

As a Sales Recruiter at Motive, you'll partner with Enterprise Sales Leadership, leading recruitment efforts to support company growth across North America. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define roles and profiles, full-cycle recruitment (researching, scheduling, screening, closing), managing hiring manager expectations, developing interview processes, brainstorming sourcing strategies, tracking recruiting process metrics, maintaining a passive candidate pipeline, and utilizing diverse sourcing techniques. This role demands strong understanding of the recruiting landscape, problem-solving skills, trust-building with hiring managers, and exceptional project management abilities.
Must Have:
  • 6+ years enterprise sales recruiting experience (Software/SaaS)
  • Experience hiring AEs with 3+ years experience
  • Full-cycle recruiting expertise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional project management skills

About the Role:

You’ll partner with our Enterprise Sales Leadership team, spearheading recruitment efforts to support our tremendous growth we’re experiencing across North America. 

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand priority roles, position profile, and search calibration
  • Full-cycle recruitment (researching, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams within our Enterprise Sales division
  • Manage hiring manager expectations and develop processes around interviewing
  • Brainstorm innovative sourcing strategies
  • Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for all open roles
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract passive talent 

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of enterprise, strategic, or leadership sales recruiting experience for a Software, SaaS, or related industry 
  • Experience with hiring AEs with more than 3+ years of experience in hunting, prospecting, and closing new logos
  • You are a natural people person that thrives on building a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • You have a strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape
  • You enjoy challenges and problem solve on a daily basis
  • You have a strong track record of establishing trust with hiring managers
  • You have exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and grit to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You are an effective influencer, with great communication and interpersonal skills
