The Self Sustaining Technician coordinates product development test operations, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures. This involves maintaining lab environments, equipment, and tools for testing, validation, and characterization. The role requires recording data, logging during tests for accuracy, analyzing results, preparing detailed reports, and identifying issues with products, test programs, or materials.

Good To Have:

Experience in testing and back-end equipment, IC assembly processing, metallurgy tools and operating tester.
Self-driven and ability to multi-task in a complex environment.
Decision-making and judgment skills.
Self-sufficiency and ability to manage stakeholders and work well with co-workers.

Must Have:

Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronic, Mechanical or any related engineering field.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Email.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a 12-hour rotating shift.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronic, Mechanical or any related engineering field.
