1.個人あるいはチームをリードして、ハイクオリティなアニメーションを制作いただき、プロジェクトのアニメーションクオリティ基準を定めてもらいます。
2.競合タイトルを分析し、アクションのクオリティを高め、量産できる方法を見出しチームに共有してもらいます。
3.アニメーションTA、プランナー、プログラマーと連携し、技術面でアニメーションのロジックフレームワークや表現方法を改善してもらいます。
Requirements:
1.8年以上３Dアニメーションデザイン実務経験、1つ以上のプロジェクト開発フル参加経験。
2.AAAタイトルの開発に参加したことがある方。
3.Max、Mayaのアニメーションモジュールを使い熟し、U Eブループリントモジュールとフラグインを熟練に使えること。
4.アニメーションの動きのルールを熟知し、アニメーションがスムーズで、テンポが正しく、キャラの性格や体の動きを正確に表現できること。
5.ゲーム制作の流れやマイルストーンのチーム連携を熟知し、各ステップに必要な制作スキルを正確に把握できていること。
6.現在流行りのゲームアートスタイルを熟知し、業界に高い関心を持ち、ゲームに情熱的であること
7.責任感が強く、チームワークができる、コミュニケーション能力が高い方。
8.ゲーム業界に情熱を持ち、チャレンジ精神があり、強いストレス耐性をお持ちの方。
