Job Description

Onward Search is hiring a Senior Account Executive for a fully remote role in Florida. This full-time position involves serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading client relationships, managing end-to-end project delivery, and collaborating with creative, technical, and media teams to ensure high-quality outcomes across campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned account manager excelling in communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Must Have:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring clear, proactive communication.
  • Owning the delivery of retainers and projects end-to-end — overseeing workflows, timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes.
  • Leading client meetings, driving strategic discussions, aligning on deliverables, and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Writing and managing detailed briefs for creative, technical, and media teams, ensuring objectives and success metrics are crystal clear.
  • Partnering with internal teams on kick-offs, retrospectives, and lessons-learned sessions to continuously improve how we work.
  • Working closely with the Studio Manager to schedule projects, allocate resources, and keep delivery on track.
  • 3+ years of account management or client services experience, ideally in a creative, digital, or integrated agency.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and C-suite.
  • Ability to balance creative energy with commercial awareness, delivering work that is both inspiring and effective.
  • Ability to travel.
