The specialist will also handle employee queries and work with local People Function and Talent Acquisition for continuous improvements.

In this role, you have the opportunity to have a visible impact on the Philips society by supporting our colleagues from France in the administration & payroll area.

Your role:

  • Payroll inputs and checks for payroll inputs in France
  • Close collaboration with HR Service and Solution Expert and People Partners
  • Transferring and implementing acquired companies in the existing payroll
  • Maintaining Expat payroll
  • Executing Sox Controls
  • Quality maintenance in Admin and Payroll team and proposing how to improve processes
  • HR Analytics, reporting to People (Business) Partner
  • Admin optimization (contracts, amendments, training attestation, etc.)
  • Answering employee queries about HR-related topics and their pay
  • Working closely with Local People Function and Talent Acquisition team for continued improvements
  • Optimizing and automating existing processes

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelor/Master degree
  • You are fluent knowledge of French and English language
  • You bring at least 3 years experience in a similar role (French payroll)
  • You are familiar with Workday and SAP system knowledge is a great plus
  • You are detail oriented
  • You are confident using MS Office literacy
  • You know how to prioritize effectively and organize workload, multi-task is essential
  • You demonstrate personal integrity when handling confidential information
  • You have an ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
  • You have excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently
