What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International Market Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

What are we looking for? ATS/ Job boards/ HCM •US/Canada recruitment Experience is a Must have Excellent communication skills, Uses professional, error-free grammar and formatting in emails • Speaks with clarity, warmth, and confidence during virtual interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Associate will be responsible for performing day to day task per the recruitment process guidelines: 1. Create approved requisition. 2. Conduct internal sourcing - post requisition 3. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool 4. Conduct external sourcing - Post job 5. Perform data mining for additional candidates 6. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods. 7. Develop list of candidates to be screened 8. Automated Candidate Screening & Assessment (Interactive Voice Response (IVR) 9. Conduct hiring manager interaction
