Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the largest and most successful hybrid publisher in the world.

You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Uboat Attack & Walkers Attack.

Role

    • You will own every aspect of the game’s design: core, meta, monetization
    • It is a generalist role for an experienced game designer, unafraid to touch any aspect of the game: from systems to content to economy to UX
    • You will be responsible for the roadmap of one game, at least three versions ahead. We release every 3 weeks, and do not compromise delivery times
    • Based on the roadmap, you will need to scope the features and present them to the development team using the necessary tools for this, written and visual
    • You will need to make sure the features are delivered according to your specs, without compromising deadlines and making necessary adjustments on the go.

Profile

    • 5+ years as a game designer on top free to play Live Games (mobile or PC)
    • 3+ years creating content in Unity (levels, balancing, prototyping of any kind)
    • 2+ years of feature ownership experience in a fast development cycle 
    • 1+ years of prioritizing by business need
    • Experienced in working remotely Accomplished and analyzed at least 50 AB tests as a game designer
    • Minimum B2 level of written and spoken English
    • Deeply engaged player of at least 5 top-grossing mobile free-to-play games
    • Available in the Central European Time Zone (CET +/-2h)
