Sprinklr’s Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is crucial in driving profitable growth for the company. We are an analytical engine of the company providing insights to support optimal business decision making. Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of GTM FP&A to be the finance lead supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions – Sales and Customer Success. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of GTM FP&A, acting as a key business partner to GTM leadership and a critical driver of Sprinklr’s continued revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sales and Customer Success, including sales headcount and operating expenses, commissions, ARR and sales capacity
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to optimize productivity, establish financial discipline and influence executive decision-making
- Develop monthly financial reporting packages for Senior Leadership to support data driven decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of current plans
- Continually drive forecast accuracy, improve processes and automation, and establish rigor in measuring and scaling the business
- Be a role model to all other members of the finance team. Ensure a high degree of quality, timeliness, and accuracy
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
- Demonstrated ability to work optimally with executive leadership, and with excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable producing high-quality output for a C-level audience
- Excels at problem-solving: comfortable with ambiguity, data-driven, and possesses a track record of building robust financial models
- Ability to prioritize and deliver within short/tight deadlines and with high precision
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or STEM field
- Min 6 years of experience with increasing level of responsibility including 2 years’ experience building/maintaining complex financial models for Sales organizations
- Prior experience in management consulting, banking, corporate finance, or other highly-analytical and client-facing roles strongly preferred.
- Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, and Salesforce a plus
