Playtika seeks a Senior User Acquisition Manager focused on growth to contribute to the success of its mobile gaming business. This role involves developing and executing growth strategies, managing large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple channels, and optimizing performance using data-driven insights. Responsibilities include lead qualification, relationship building with industry stakeholders (publishers and partners), market research, and identifying new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer, strong analytical skills, and a passion for marketing and analytics. Project leadership, proficiency in Excel, and fluent English are essential. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of interactive entertainment within a dynamic and successful company.

As a Senior User Acquisition Manager focused on Growth, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of our mobile gaming business. You will be part of Playtika’s Partner Program Team, lead complex tasks and projects, and will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an efficient growth process, including lead qualification and relationship building, aligned with business objectives and evaluated based on metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies that align with business goals and objectives, including identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale campaigns across multiple marketing channels to effectively engage new users, using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the mobile gaming industry, including publishers and marketing partners, to explore new partnership opportunities and drive business development efforts.
  • Lead complex tasks and projects related to User Acquisition and Growth.
  • Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to identify new trends and opportunities in the mobile gaming market, and use this information to inform marketing and business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer.
  • Sharp-minded and “out of the box” thinker and a passion for both marketing and analytics.
  • Ability to lead projects from A to Z with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations and implement them
  • Proficient with Excel - a must
  • Initiative & leadership capabilities  
  • Fluent English – a must
  • Gaming and/or online marketing enthusiast - an advantage
  • B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science or equivalent filed – an advantage
