We are looking to hire a Solutions Manager to deliver growth in Logistics & Services (L&S) by utilizing top-tier consultative selling techniques and customer solutions in strategic pursuits within IBS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consultative selling and value creation
- Deliver vertical insights for sales by sharing benchmarking, new innovative solutions in the market
- Ensure qualified solution opportunities progress through effective project management while coordinating & facilitating contributions from various functions for a high-quality customer buying experience.
- Collaborate across functions to enhance sales processes, maximize success rates, and communicate status effectively to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate business case documentation and financial projections, and coordinate customer-facing responses.
- Ensure resource deployment for relevant solutions and remove roadblocks by aligning with stakeholders to prevent delays.
- Coach the sales team on processes, share best practices, and contribute to a repository of value propositions, solutions, and engineering case studies.
- Proven success in collaborating with diverse teams and managing stakeholders and people processes effectively.
- Assess the new age logistics technology offering available in the market by start-ups and established companies. Understand ways to deploy them in customer solutions.
- Create industry first and industry leading solutions which once shown their merit in South Asia can be deployed to other geographies where Maersk operates.
- Work with other countries’ product/solution managers to share the knowledge and bring in the best practices.
Who we are looking for:
- Highly collaborative with the ability to lead cross-functional and remote project teams both locally and internationally.
- Analytical and customer-centric mindset with proven capability of translating complex requirements into tangible solutions
- Competent in creating and building written business proposals translating customer requirements into structured value propositions
- Extensive knowledge of complex end-to-end logistics & services concepts in related vertical
- Experience within the FMCG & Retail industry is an added advantage.
