Job Description: As a Partnerships Manager at Sunset Cinema Club, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our corporate clients and partners. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with brands and businesses, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailor-made outdoor cinema solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and strategic brand partners.
  • Scout for impactful partnerships opportunities for the brand
  • Understand client requirements and objectives,and customize outdoor cinema events to meet their goals.
  • Closely work with the operations team and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, equipment setup, and technical support.
  • Develop branding and promotional strategies for corporate events.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Manage post-event follow-up, collect feedback, and measure client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a strong partner database, nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to showcase the success and impact of our brand campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and pitch our services.
  • Take end to end responsibility for projects


Requirements:


· Proven experience of 2-4 Years as partnerships/ client service manager in an event /media firm.

· Good business communication skills i.e. email, letters, reports, presentation, etc.

· Time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & exemplary attention to detail
