Job Description

Level Infinite seeks a Game Operations Specialist (Events) for PUBG Mobile in North America. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and monitoring in-game events and resource allocation. This role requires creating engaging and monetizable event plans tailored to player needs, managing activity levels, developing regional event calendars, and analyzing data to optimize events. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of game operations experience, particularly in BR games, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Must have:

3+ years game operations experience
Event design & implementation expertise
Data analysis & optimization skills
Cross-team collaboration
Excellent communication skills

Good to have:

Experience with shooting/competitive mobile games
Deep understanding of FPS games
Excellent English language skills

岗位职责

1、对活动模块负责，负责北美区域重点BR产品游戏内活动和资源投放的设计、跟进与落地。
2、基于产品特征及核心用户诉求，输出活跃&商业化活动方案，设计活跃阶梯和奖励数值，并跟进落地；
3、基于节点目标，设计面向分层用户的活跃调控方案，推动落地并跟进效果持续迭代；
4、牵头制定区域节点日历，并持续关注北美区域内主要竞品运营情况，跟进竞品防御方案；
5、体验导向，能够结合玩法数据，分析并产出清晰的区域活动调优方向；
6、结合游戏特性和版本排期，评估并游戏内落地IP与商务合作活动&推广资源

岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏活动运营相关工作经验；
2、具备系统设计和活动设计能力，独立主导落地过活跃相关的系统或活动；
3、有良好的团队合作精神，擅长跨团队/跨部门沟通协作，学习和应变能力强；
4、具备射击或竞技手游，从筹备到上线的完整活跃运营工作经验者优先；
5、热爱FPS游戏，对主流射击游戏有深入体验和了解，英语能力优秀者优先。
