  • Support licensees in preparing their proposals for distributors and develop strong relationships with the latter.
  • Promote Ubisoft brands to distributors to secure exclusive collaborations and high-value cross-functional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize growth opportunities within the licensing ecosystem.

Strategy

  • Define and implement, in collaboration with the Consumer Products Director, a global licensing strategy covering new video game launches, portfolio titles, esports, and Ubisoft Film & TV initiatives.
  • Maintain active market research on trends, competitive activities, and new strategic opportunities.

Financial Management

  • Monitor licensees' financial performance to ensure objectives are met while supporting them in their growth.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure rigorous account management.

Marketing and Events

  • Collaborate with marketing, strategic partnerships, brand development, and public relations teams to support licensees in their promotional initiatives.
  • Assist licensees in developing and executing marketing plans aligned with Ubisoft's major campaigns.
  • Oversee Ubisoft's participation in events such as Brand Licensing Europe, coordinating booth development with marketing, events, and creative teams.
  • Manage payments and ensure adherence to defined budgets.
