The Manager, Account Services – FIFA World Cup 26™ will build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Responsibilities include delivering prompt customer service, managing guest experiences across 16 venues, fulfilling package requirements, ensuring accurate ticket delivery, and working with the hospitality team. The role also involves assisting with sales campaigns and providing input on service strategies. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in sports sales/service, strong networking abilities, and exceptional client service skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft 365 is required. The role demands strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a willingness to work unusual hours to support a global client base.

The Account Management Team for FIFA World Cup 2026™ is made up of goal-driven, high-motor professionals focused on executing the team’s strategic plan to ensure client satisfaction by delivering a world-class services experience leading up to match day, as well as identifying and expanding the opportunities to maximize revenue. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in sports sales/service, exceptional networking abilities, and a proven track record of providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and key stakeholders via internal CRM system.

  • Deliver prompt customer service by providing resolutions to On Location’s corporate clients and premium package buyers either via phone and/or email

Guest Experience:

  • Cultivate a working knowledge of all packages/services to provide customer support across all 16 venues in 16 different cities. 

  • Play an integral role in the fulfillment process including preparing necessary materials and correspondence, fulfilling package requirements, ensuring accurate ticket delivery, and management of the mobile ticket delivery process when necessary.

  • Work closely with event hospitality and delivery team to ensure premium sales products align with event logistic, expectations and customer experience.

Sales & Service :

  • Assist Premium Sales staff with e-mail/call campaigns as requested.

  • Provide thoughtful input on service strategies throughout.

  • Execute all other duties assigned by the team or leadership.     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience within the sports or entertainment industry.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft 365.

  • Strong skills in managing relationships with clients, workstream partners and vendors. 

  • Above-average organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage concurrent priorities, while maintaining professional composure. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong oral, written, and presentation skills 

  • Continually striving for self-development and discovering better means of accomplishing both personal and professional goals. 

  • Willingness and ability to work unusual hours, based on team’s needs with global client base.

  • Multi-lingual, especially Spanish & French, a plus, but not required.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
