Motion Designer - FIFA World Cup 26™

THE ROLE 

As a Motion Designer, you will contribute to the development and execution of creative solutions that align with our strategic goals. Your core responsibilities will involve supporting the creation of dynamic motion graphics and animations for campaign concepts, ensuring they authentically represent and strengthen the brand identity of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program and its initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Motion Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and impactful creative work. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Support the development and execution of creative solutions that align with business goals and objectives. 

• Ensure a high standard of creative integrity across all communications with both internal and external teams. 

• Communicate the intent of creative concepts and proposed solutions. 

• Assist in taking projects from iteration to execution with guidance from senior team members. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth project execution. 

• Help prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet established deadlines. 

• Contribute fresh creative ideas and approaches to each project. 

• Review creative briefs to understand project requirements and objectives. 

• Stay updated on innovative ways to connect with our audience. 

• Gain understanding of various marketing platforms, including social media, web, out-of-home, and event activations. 

WHO YOU ARE 

• Passionate about motion design and eager to develop your skills. 

• 2-4 years of motion design experience in an agency or in-house environment. 

• A passion for sports, particularly soccer and the FIFA World Cup™. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating core principles in motion design. 

• Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in understanding audience needs. 

• Skilled at managing a variety of tasks within tight timelines. 

• Strong conceptual thinker with a keen eye for design. 

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Proficiency in design software, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a MUST. 

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a readiness to take on new challenges. 

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and visually. 

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment. 

GOOD TO HAVE 

• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish). 

• Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.
