Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager at Elevatoz Loyalty in Bengaluru. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, primarily focused on Architect programs. You will oversee the development, execution, and delivery of campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. • Campaign Management: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and strategy development to execution and delivery. • Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective strategies that align with client goals and leverage industry trends. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth project execution and meet deadlines. • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, provide regular updates, and leverage data to refine strategies and improve future campaigns. • Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the business development team to upsell and cross-sell services. • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing campaign results, strategic plans, and creative ideas. Qualifications: • 3-4 years of experience in client servicing within an advertising agency or media environment. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically.
