We are currently looking for our future Sourcing Specialist who will be based in Kąty Wrocławskie, Poland.

How will you make a difference?

As a Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for managing site-specific commodities, negotiating with suppliers, optimizing prices and interfacing with regional teams.

What will your typical day look like?

• Managing site-specific commodities

• Negotiating prices and terms of purchase with both domestic and foreign suppliers

• Acting as the first escalation point for troubleshooting after the Supply Chain team.

• Clarifying price discrepancies with suppliers

• Identifying and onboarding new suppliers to optimize pricing

• Actively seeking opportunities for cost savings

• Serving as the interface between the Sourcing regional team and other on-site functions

• Entering price offers into the MRP system

• Managing documentation

• Preparing analyses and purchase reports

What do we want to know from you?

• Bachelor degree (in Economics is considered a plus)

• +4 years of experience in a similar position and in a production company

• Professional English and Polish (German is considered a plus)

• Good proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Negotiations skills

• Analytical approach to problem solving
