At PwC, project portfolio management focuses on optimizing project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes, overseeing project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate various projects, managing teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will analyze business requirements, facilitate communication, mentor junior analysts, and ensure the delivery of exceptional solutions that meet client needs within PwC Acceleration Centers.

Must Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on Business Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
  • Experience with problem solving methodologies such as DMAIC, LEAN or equivalent
  • Strong Analytical skills to comprehensively analyze business processes and workflows
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting interviews, eliciting, and developing business requirements
  • Experience in data and process modeling using tools like Visio, MIRO, ERD tools, Balsamiq
  • Knowledge of waterfall and/or agile project management framework using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you will analyze business requirements and facilitate communication between stakeholders. As a Senior Associate, you will mentor junior analysts, navigate complex project landscapes, and ensure the delivery of exceptional solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on Business Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering skills are ideal
  • Experience with problem solving methodologies such as DMAIC, LEAN or equivalent will be an asset
  • Strong Analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to comprehensively analyze business processes and workflows
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting interviews, eliciting, and developing business requirements
  • Experience in data and process modeling using modeling techniques and tools (such as Visio, MIRO, ERD tools, Balsamiq, etc.)
  • Knowledge of waterfall and/or agile project management framework by using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
