Role and Responsibilities
As Sr Sales Analyst – Strategic Planning & Payments Support, you will be a key partner in bridging strategy and execution. You will ensure the commercial team has the right tools, insights, and processes to improve performance, accelerate sales-to-cash, and deliver on Sabre’s strategic goals.
What will you achieve?
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into actionable financial and operational plans.
- Partner with the Head of Strategic Planning to monitor progress against strategic goals and adapt plans as needed.
- Contribute to portfolio reviews, rolling forecasts, and business case development.
- Liaise with Accounting, Tax, Risk, Legal, and Product to align on planning and execution requirements.
Commercial & Sales Enablement
- Track and analyze the sales cycle to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze the sales-to-cash process to identify efficiencies.
- Support customer contract processes with Legal, including templates, updates, and DocuSign management.
- Develop reports, dashboards and analyses for weekly governance, including agendas and minutes.
- Build commercial tools to improve performance, productivity and margin visibility.
- Consolidate product improvement feedback into structured reporting for leadership.
Financial & KPI Management
- Maintain the SDP tracker with customer, volume and revenue data.
- Update agency P&Ls to track profitability.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and support incentive tracking (e.g., Mastercard, Visa).
- Oversee billing processes across regions (APAC, AMBRS, etc.), coordinating with Finance to ensure accuracy.
- Support BIN maintenance in collaboration with the Partnerships team.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to measure success of strategic and commercial initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between Strategic Planning and supporting functions (Accounting, Tax, Risk, Legal, Product).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align on key objectives and ensure effective execution.
- Consolidate cross-functional inputs into clear recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must Have Skills:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Excel, and related tools).
- Competence in Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar tools. Knowledge of payments and KYB processes.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of payments or fintech ecosystem.
- Understanding of travel industry dynamics.
- Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, etc) a plus.
