This role is a foundational member of Canva’s Global Implementation team, guiding strategic customers through a seamless implementation experience over 2-3 months. Responsibilities include managing product configurations, delivering tailored training, and leading initiatives to drive product engagement and usage. The goal is to ensure customers are excited, empowered, and fully equipped to design and grow with Canva, directly contributing to collective success and vision.
Must Have:
  • Become a Canva product expert within 30 days.
  • Partner 1:1 with clients for smooth and successful Canva launches.
  • Drive customer timelines and adoption by aligning business needs with Canva’s best practices.
  • Co-build and refine implementation processes and best practices.
  • Understand customer use cases to improve Help Center and product experience.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions with enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building relationships.
  • Creative and resourceful in finding solutions and curious about customer needs.
  • Confident in navigating relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently, prioritizing tasks, and removing roadblocks.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Canva’s Global Implementation team as a foundational member. In this role, you’ll work closely with our strategic customers for 2-3 months, guiding them through a seamless implementation experience. You’ll manage product configurations, deliver tailored training, and lead initiatives to drive product engagement and usage. As a product expert and the face of Canva, your efforts will ensure customers are excited, empowered, and fully equipped to design and grow with Canva, directly contributing to our collective success and vision.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • You will become a Canva product expert – Be the go-to resource for customers within 30 days.
  • You will partner 1:1 with clients – Ensure a smooth and successful Canva launch for an evolving set of customers.
  • You will drive customer timelines and adoption – Understand customer business needs, align them with Canva’s best practices, and ensure strong product engagement.
  • You will co-build implementation processes – Collaborate to refine processes and best practices, ensuring team success.
  • You will understand customer use cases – Work closely with teams like Customer Education and Product to improve our Help Center and product experience.

You're probably a match if

  • SaaS expertise: 5+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions with enterprise clients.
  • Project management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer focus: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building relationships.
  • Problem-solving: Creative and resourceful in finding solutions and always curious to understand the "why" behind customer needs.
  • Stakeholder management: Confident in navigating relationships with diverse stakeholders, from executives to front-line staff.
  • Autonomy and prioritization: Comfortable working independently, effectively prioritizing tasks, and removing roadblocks.

About the team

Implementation at Canva is a dynamic team that plays a crucial role in our global success. We are the key enablers for customers to fully realize the value of Canva’s features, ensuring they are motivated, empowered, and equipped to use the product effectively. Our work directly impacts how customers streamline workflows, maintain consistent branding, accelerate campaign launches, and foster greater design independence, all while prioritizing security. As a part of this team, you will help drive user engagement, with the goal of having at least 80% of users actively creating designs in Canva. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute a vision that will make implementation a key differentiator for Canva, contributing to our mission of empowering the world to design.
