We are looking for a highly skilled artist experienced in leading projects involving stylized environments, equipment, and weapons for the position of Project Lead Artist.

Superpowers
you have are

  • Experience in creating high-poly and low-poly models of stylized environment, weapons and hard surface assets on given concepts;
  • High-poly sculpting in Zbrush;
  • Low-poly modeling in Max/Maya/Blender;
  • Experience in creating optimal UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.);
  • Stylized texturing skills in Substance Painter and/or hand-painted texturing;
  • Ability to follow and correctly interpret/improve the concept idea;
  • Experience in the role of project lead;
  • The ability to objectively evaluate the work of others and give constructive feedback;
  • Sociability and ability to work in a team;

studio, you will

  • Execute project management in the direction of stylized environments, weapons and hard surface assets;
  • Control the quality of artists’ work in the team;
  • Provide help and solve problems in a team that are related to the artistic and technical components of the project;
  • Organize and run the work of the team within the project and specific tasks;
  • Create high and low poly models of stylized objects of the environment, weapons and equipment for games according to given concepts and stylistics;
  • Create optimal UV mappings and bake the required textures (normal, AO, etc.);
  • Make stylized texturing.
