The role involves working on global sales projects and Sales back office projects (BPO - Business Process Outsourcing). Key responsibilities include communicating project status and information with Japanese customers and utilizing ERP systems like SAP to support purchasing, logistics, and sales processes for Bosch units in Japan, Germany, and Austria.
Must have:
  • Undergraduate student able to work full-time for 6 months
  • Good English and Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Proficient in office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High teamwork spirit
  • Positive working attitude
  • Willingness to learn
Good to have:
  • Good Chinese language skills

Job Description

  • Work on global projects in  Sales domains
  • Work on Sales back office projects (BPO - Business Process Outsourcing); 
  • Communicate with Japanese customer for project status and information sharing
  • Work with ERP systems like SAP to support BOSCH Unit of Japan/Germany/Austria for their Purchasing / Logistics/ Sales processes

Qualifications

  • Must be undergraduate students who are able to work full time in 6 months.
  • Good English and Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above). Also good Chinese is advantage.
  •  Well-versed in using office applications (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
  •  Exposure to SAP (ERP) is preferable
  •  High teamwork spirit 
  •  Positive working attitude (can-do-attitude) 
  •  Willing to learn attitude
