Job Description

This internship provides the opportunity to learn the ropes of recruitment by assisting with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are essential.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Minteworld, you will work closely with the HR team to recruit and onboard the best talent for the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes

Conducting phone and in-person interviews

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers

Updating job descriptions and job postings on various job portals

Assisting in onboarding new employees

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Prior experience in recruitment or HR functions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Required Skills

The desired technical skills for this role include:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics

Skills: 0-1 year, written communication skills.,hr recruiter
