YOUR ROLE
- Recruiting new freelance translators for video game localization to expand our external translator pool.
- Developing, updating, maintaining the existing external translator pool.
- Researching new channels, networks and local communities to expand our network of freelance translators.
- Screening applications, at Personio mostly, communicating with candidates.
- Reviewing and testing potential candidates.
- Negotiating prices and contracts.
- Onboarding new freelancers.
- Communicating daily with applicants to find the best translators .
- Supporting and working closely with the Linguistic Coordination and Project Management teams.
