Job Description
Smilegate Holdings is seeking a corporate counsel with 2-4 years of post-bar experience. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts related to company business; reviewing legal issues and providing advice on company-wide matters, including M&A, investments, and new businesses; responding to and supporting regulatory agencies; and developing and managing dispute and litigation response strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous and diligent work ethic, excellent collaboration skills, and experience in corporate advisory, IT, or IP law. Interest in the gaming and IT industries is a plus.
Must have:
- 2-4 years post-bar experience
- Contract drafting and review
- M&A, investment, and new business legal advice
- Regulatory agency support
- Dispute and litigation management
Good to have:
- Corporate advisory experience
- IT/IP law experience
- Interest in gaming/IT industry

- 대한민국 변호사 자격 취득 후 2년 이상 ~ 4년 이하의 업무 경력
