Job Summary
Job Description
This is a full-time Risk Managing (RM) Business PM position at Smilegate Holdings (Megaport Division) in Seongnam, South Korea. The role involves managing the global distribution and service of Smilegate Group game titles. Key responsibilities include risk management, detecting and addressing issues such as botting and exploiting in MMORPGs, and implementing sanctions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in MMORPG operations and a comprehensive understanding of the entire business PM lifecycle. Experience with specialized risk management (bot detection and prevention) teams is highly preferred. The position requires proficiency in identifying, analyzing and mitigating risks across various facets of game operations, particularly within the context of MMORPG environments.
Must have:
- 5+ years MMORPG operation experience
- Risk Management expertise
- Understanding of business PM lifecycle
- Bot detection and prevention skills
Good to have:
- Experience with Risk Management teams
