Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking a Balance Planner for their mobile MMORPG, Lost Ark Mobile. The role involves designing and tuning both combat and economic balance within the game. Responsibilities include managing in-game data, ensuring fair gameplay, and creating a balanced and engaging experience for players. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel and Word, and experience with data input and maintenance. Prior experience with MMORPG balance and the Lost Ark game is highly preferred. The position is based in Seongnam, South Korea, and offers a full-time, regular employment opportunity.
Must have:
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Combat & economic balance design
- Data management & maintenance
- Proficient in Excel & Word
- Lost Ark playing experience (preferred)
Good to have:
- MMORPG balance experience
- Experience from initial development to launch

- MMORPG 밸런스 경험이 있으신 분
- 초기 개발부터 런칭까지 경험이 있으신 분
