  • Localize and deliver global OCM materials, training, and communications in a culturally relevant and engaging way.
  • Provide real-time feedback and insights to inform broader OCM strategy and improve execution in-market.
 Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Act as the primary liaison to Korea-based HR, functional leads, and employees, ensuring strong alignment and two-way communication.
  • Support employee-facing communications, town halls, and Q&A sessions tailored to local audiences.
  • Bridge language and cultural differences between local and global teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
 Onboarding & People Experience
  • Coordinate and support the full onboarding experience for Korea-based associates—including HR, culture, workplace, and tech integration.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to ensure onboarding materials and training are locally applicable and effective.
  • Identify gaps or friction points in the onboarding journey and propose solutions to improve employee experience.
 Training & Readiness Support
  • Support the delivery of in-person and digital training sessions related to new systems, tools, and business processes.
  • Help track local readiness and adoption metrics, surfacing any risks or concerns to global teams.
 Collaboration & Alignment
  • Work closely with the US-based OCM lead to ensure consistent messaging and tools while tailoring execution to Korea’s needs.
  • Share learnings and reusable practices to support future market expansions in the region.
