해당 포지션은 Philips의 Customer Account 관리를 담당하는 Account Manager로서, 고객의 전략과 시장 동향을 깊이 이해하여 단기 및 장기적인 비즈니스 가치를 극대화하고, 고객과의 신뢰 있는 관계를 기반으로 영업 기회를 창출하는 역할을 수행합니다.
Modality Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain 등 내부 팀과 협업하여 One Philips 접근 방식으로 Account 전략 및 비즈니스 성장 계획을 수립하고 실행합니다.
지속적인 프로세스 개선을 추진하며, Funnel 관리 및 시장 점유율 확대를 통해 매출 성과를 극대화합니다.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relation with customers to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation.
  • Coordinate efficient One Philips approach to the customer, by working with Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain team members at account.
  • Develop Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive key account customer Sales Plans to fulfill account plan growth.
  • Drives continuous improvement via Lean & CFSS methodology .
  • Maintain and grow comparable sales and market share & share of wallet.
  • Funnel Management via daily management methodology.
  • Strategy account management – orchestrator of accounts with 360 team members.
  • Develop, maintain and improve of the relations a limited number of key accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.
  • Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.
  • Act as single point for customers as account manager for smaller / transactional accounts in the Market, prepares and delivers on the tactical account plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Open to new grads, prior experience(less than 3 years) or background in healthcare industry preferred.
  • Related experience in Radiology or Cardiology area preferred.
  • Experience in building and executing account strategy and CRM preferred.
  • Passionate and motivated mindset to boost the sales and overcome business challenge.
  • Winning sprit mindset, resilience, and ability to influence colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
