Job Description

This role involves developing short-term and long-term strategies for sales revenue, quota, new business opportunities, and customer satisfaction. The Key Account Manager will oversee the North China/Shandong sales organization, motivating and driving the sales force to achieve business goals. They will also collaborate with sales, marketing, and key accounts to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include analyzing competitive data, understanding customer profiles, and contributing to sales figures and market share.
Must have:
  • 5+ years' experience in sales management in the Semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record in developing and driving successful sales organizations
  • Experience building a top sales organization
  • Strong understanding of the North China/Shandong semiconductor market and business
  • Extensive knowledge of electronics components/systems industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • English and local language proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with Switch Power Supplier

Key Account Manager
Location: Beijing
Responsibility: 
  • Establish short term& long term strategies by developing business goals with regard to sales revenue, quota, new business opportunities and the maintenance of customers’ satisfaction; 
  • Oversee North China/Shandong sales organization, develop and motivate sales force to drive the business; 
  • Directly drive the collaboration among sales, marketing, and key accounts to achieve business goals. 
  • Contributes to the development of the sales figure and sales/budget/market share of these accounts; 
  • Analyze and keep abreast of competitive data of new products/pricings, selling techniques, market trends, customer activities/movements. 
  • Responsible for complete understanding of the customer profile including key managers/personnel as well as SAM/TAM/BILLINGS/BOOKINGS. 
Qualification:
  • 5+ years’ experiences in sales manager position in Semiconductor industry with proven tracking record in developing and driving successful sales organizations 
  • Experience build a top sales organization with a strong understanding of North China/Shandong semiconductor market& business;
  • Extensive knowledge of the electronics components/systems industry, Switch Power Supplier is a plus; 
  • Bachelor degree of Electronics Engineering or related field; 
  • English and local language proficiency; 
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
