This role involves managing game IP development and overseeing the creation of global cultural content. Responsibilities include managing new project development, overseeing external writers and vendors (contracts, collaboration processes, scheduling, and issue management), and preparing various reports (for external vendors and internal management). The ideal candidate will be a native-level Japanese speaker with experience in game development, art management, and project management. Experience with managing art outsourcing and a deep understanding of game development processes are essential. A portfolio is required.
