Job Summary

Job Description

Smilegate Holdings seeks a Group Finance (PI) Manager to oversee and enhance financial processes (accounting, funds, management, taxes), design and evaluate internal accounting management systems, and manage the company's financial systems. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in financial systems implementation and management, familiarity with SAP FI/CO modules or equivalent ERP systems, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities include process improvement, internal control system design, requirements analysis for financial systems, and overall management of related tasks. The position requires in-depth understanding of advanced financial practices and project management capabilities.

Must have:

10+ years relevant experience
SAP FI/CO or similar ERP experience
Internal accounting system design & evaluation
Financial process improvement & management

Good to have:

ERP implementation experience
SAP certification
Listed company internal accounting experience

- 재무 업무(회계, 자금, 관리, 세무 등) 프로세스 점검 및 보완 - 그룹 내부회계관리제도 설계 및 평가 - 사내 재무시스템 업무 설계 및 현업 요구사항 분석 등 실무 총괄

자격요건

- 사내 재무시스템 구축 및 관리 경험 보유자 - SAP FI/CO 모듈 또는 이에 준하는 ERP 모듈 운영 경험 보유자 - 유관 경력 10년 이상

필요역량

- 문제해결 및 커뮤니케이션 역량 - 조직 및 프로젝트 관리 역량 - 선진 재무 업무에 대한 이해와 경험 - SAP(FI, CO 등)에 대한 이해

우대사항

- ERP 구축 참여 경력 - SAP 모듈 관련 자격증 - 상장사 내부회계관리제도 운영 경험
