Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a highly experienced Key Concept Artist for its next Crossfire project. Responsibilities include developing game mood concepts and key art, visually representing game storylines, mechanics, and marketing elements. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the gaming, film, or animation industries, possessing strong proficiency in digital art tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D software (Blender, SketchUp, Unreal Engine). Excellent collaboration and communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to manage a team of 3 or more. The role involves close collaboration with art directors to bring visual concepts to life, creating visual guides to maintain the game's atmosphere and style. Experience with storyboarding, mood boards, and game poster creation is highly valued.
