Job Description

The Brand Manager at Haleon Korea is expected to be a strategic thinker and demonstrate cross-functional leadership. The role requires someone who is results-driven, resilient, persistent, passionate, and innovative. The individual should have a consumer-centric mindset and a curiosity to explore new opportunities. They should also possess strong project management and interpersonal/collaboration skills. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in marketing or other commercial functions and good English communication skills. The responsibilities also include driving results, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Must have:
  • Strategic thinker and demonstrate cross-functional leadership.
  • Drive for results, resilient, persistent, and innovative.
  • Knowledge of consumer marketing (consumer-centric mindset).
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
  • University graduate with minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
Good to have:
  • Experience in consumer healthcare or other consumer packaged goods.
