Your focus will be split between accounting, operations, administration, and HR, making this a great opportunity for someone seeking a stable, flexible role with variety and impact across different areas of the business.

👉 We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates, as well as applicants with varying levels of experience

You'll contribute to a variety of tasks, including:

  • Generating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining financial records

  • Planning team-building activities and assisting with the preparation of our annual team weeks

  • Overseeing office management, fleet management, and general administrative tasks as needed

  • Assisting with the monthly closing process in collaboration with our accountant

  • Supporting payroll processing, expense management, and leave administration

  • Providing administrative and coordination support for HR and recruitment processes

  • Organizing travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for team members

Key outcomes for the role:

  • Within 1 month: You assist in preparing invoices and processing payments for the monthly closing, while also supporting day-to-day administrative tasks such as office and fleet management.

  • Within 3 months: You independently process all invoices and payments accurately and on time for the monthly closing. You have also improved the onboarding process by proactively managing equipment and other essentials for new joiners.

  • Within 6 months: You have fully organized and planned our next team week in collaboration with all stakeholders, staying within budget and receiving positive feedback from the team. You’ve also implemented improvements to the current systems for leave, office budget, and expense management.

  • Within 12 months: You’ve successfully managed the monthly accounting process in collaboration with our accountant and Head of Finance for a full year. You’ve taken full ownership of office and fleet management and actively contributed ideas to improve workflows across your areas of responsibility. You’re recognized as a go-to person for administrative support — reliable, organized, and always a few steps ahead.

What We Offer

  • A hybrid work environment, balancing flexibility with in-office collaboration

  • Exposure to multiple business functions, helping you develop a well-rounded skill set.
