GAMETEQ is a game producer and developer specializing in creating high-quality mid-core 4X strategy games for both mobile and PC platforms. The company's games have been downloaded and played by over 50 million users worldwide. This role is for a Project Coordinator to support a team of 2D artists. Responsibilities include compiling requirements, planning tasks, tracking progress, assigning tasks, working with documentation, facilitating communication, and providing updated information.
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience as a coordinator.
- Proficiency in Russian language.
- Good understanding of agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organizational and systematic thinking skills.
Good to have:
- Experience working with a team of artists.
- Experience managing projects in gamedev or IT.
- B1 English level or higher.

- Compiling the requirements for tasks.
- Planning and prioritizing tasks for the team.
- Tracking the progress of a plan, as well as the scope and deadlines of tasks.
- Taking responsibility for completing tasks within set deadlines.
- Assigning tasks to the team in an understandable manner.
- Working with team documentation.
- Facilitating communication between studio staff, as well as project and team members.
- Providing team members with up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working as a coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Russian language.
- A good understanding of agile methodologies.
- Strong communications skills.
- Good organizational skills and systematic thinking.
