Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper at Playtech will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, processing payments, monitoring overdue accounts, implementing collection strategies, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, enhancing transaction efficiency, and collaborating with the finance team. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and proficiency in financial systems (SBO knowledge is a plus). The candidate will also coordinate with other departments to resolve billing issues and maintain positive client relationships.

Must have:

Certified Bookkeeper or CPA
High-level English proficiency
Experience with financial systems
Strong Excel skills
Teamwork and communication skills

Job Description

Prepare and issue invoices to customers
Process customer payments
Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
Implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables
Maintain accurate financial records
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Conduct regular audits to verify financial data
Enhance efficiency in financial transactions
Work closely with the finance team to align on financial objectives
You will coordinate with other departments to resolve billing issues
Maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

Bring experience with financial systems; knowledge of SBO is an advantage
