LOST ARK Game Operation (CS) - Contract

This contract position focuses on customer service and game operation for Lost Ark. The role requires strong written communication skills, a deep understanding of MMORPGs (preferably with Lost Ark experience), and the ability to analyze issues and document effective solutions. Rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and occasional nights are required.
