This Account Executive role at Autodesk focuses on expanding the construction industry business in Japan, specifically driving digital transformation through Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS). Must have:
  • Expand new ACC customers in non-Named territory tiers
  • Manage cloud deals and lead them to closure
  • Contribute to ACS sales growth in Japan
  • Understand competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Identify competitive ACC use case scenarios in Territory accounts
  • Manage and qualify leads and pipeline with accurate and timely responses and forecast
  • Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk ACS methodologies are used to process and track opportunities
  • Work with Business Development Reps, Marketing Specialists, and Technical Sales to develop strategies for expanding sales of ACS solutions
  • At least 5 years of SaaS sales management experience with the Value Selling method
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
  • Both transactional and solution sales experience with partner collaboration
  • Unparalleled communication skills to quickly establish rapport and value
  • Contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
  • Business English skills at the elementary level or above

Position Overview

We are looking for a Construction Account Executive to join our team and you will report to the Director of Construction Sales, in Japan. Autodesk has reimagined the construction business for the digital age, enabling companies to address the most important challenges they face today while preparing for new ways of working in the future. The Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) portfolio connects the office, trailer and field so customers can move through each phase of a building's lifecycle — from design and preconstruction to construction, turnover and operations — with the best solutions including Autodesk Construction Cloud(ACC) Docks, Build , Takeoff , and Assemble. General contractors, subcontractors, and owners around the world rely on ACS to win more work, enhance collaboration, speed decision-making, reduce risk, and improve overall project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Aim to expand the number of new ACC customers by approaching accounts in non-Named territory tiers
  • Work with your team to manage cloud deals and lead them across the finish line. Today you can start working with the Strategic-Territory and Territory team and our Partner team to grow ACS sales in Japan
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our range of solutions
  • Look for opportunities to identify "competitive ACC use case scenario" in Territory accounts by identifying industrial trends and usage of other Autodesk product usage
  • Help to manage and qualify leads and pipeline with accurate and timely responses and forecast
  • Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk ACS methodologies are used to process and track opportunities
  • Work with Business Development Reps, Marketing Specialists, and Technical Sales to provide appropriate feedback and develop strategies for expanding sales of ACS solutions in the Territory

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of SaaS sales management experience with the Value Selling method
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
  • Both transactional and solution sales experience with partner collaboration
  • You have unparalleled communication skills. You quickly establish rapport with people and establish value
  • You care about, and contribute to, a highly collaborative work environment
  • Business English skills at the elementary level or above
