As an Account Executive, you will manage the relationship between Hogarth and clients, ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities include building client relationships, managing projects from briefing to delivery, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires a passion for communication and marketing, excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience in advertising or marketing agencies. The candidate must have an advanced English level and 3+ years of experience in a similar role. The role involves ensuring solutions exceed expectations, coordinating internal workflow, and presenting innovative solutions.

What will you do here?

As an Account Executive, you will be the conductor of the relationship between Hogarth and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with excellence and that the solutions we deliver exceed their expectations. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Build and strengthen relationships: Be the strategic point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and expectations.
  • Manage projects with mastery: Coordinate the internal workflow, from the initial briefing to the final delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and the impeccable quality of projects.
  • Identify growth opportunities: Map client needs and present innovative solutions that add value to their businesses, expanding the partnership and generating new opportunities for Hogarth.

 

What do we expect from you?

To shine in this role, we are looking for a professional with:

  • Passion for communication and marketing: Be attuned to the latest market trends, demonstrating enthusiasm for creating innovative and impactful solutions.
  • Communication skills: Be a natural communicator, with excellent oral and written expression skills, to build solid relationships and present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Organization and proactivity: Be organized, attentive to detail, and proactive in the search for solutions, ensuring efficiency and quality in project execution.
  • Proven experience: Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or communication agencies, with a focus on customer service and project management.
  • Education: Completed higher education in Advertising and Propaganda, Marketing, Social Communication, or related areas.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English level.
  • +3 years of experience in a similar role in the Advertising industry.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
