Job Summary
Job Description
The Accountant is responsible for collecting and processing accounting data related to banking, including statements of documents and cash flow reports. They will record cash receipts and payments in the accounting software, monitor and manage receivables and payables, check revenue, issue branch transfer invoices, and prepare revenue reports. The Accountant will also monitor and track the import and export of goods in warehouses, process returns, and handle related paperwork. They will also perform other arising tasks as requested by management.

- Thu thập và xử lý số liệu kế toán liên quan đến ngân hàng bao Bảng kê chứng từ, báo cáo dòng tiền...
- Hạch toán thu/ chi tiền mặt vào phần mềm kế toán.
- Theo dõi và quản lý công nợ phải thu và phải trả khách hàng.
- Kiểm tra doanh thu, xuất hóa đơn điều chuyển chi nhánh và lên báo cáo doanh thu.
- Kiểm tra và theo dõi xuất nhập tồn hàng hóa ở các kho, thực hiện trả hàng và các giấy tờ liên quan đến trả hàng.
- Thực hiện các công việc phát sinh khác khi quản lý yêu cầu.
