The job involves managing and assigning tasks to market research survey staff. The role requires supervising projects to ensure they adhere to proper procedures, achieve quality standards, and meet deadlines. Key responsibilities include monitoring and controlling project costs within budget, directly supervising field staff (20-30% of work time), and collaborating with other departments for overall project efficiency.

Mô tả công việc
- Quản lý và phân công công việc cho nhân viên thực hiện khảo sát thị trường
- Giám sát, đảm bảo dự án được triển khai đúng quy trình, đạt chất lượng và đúng tiến độ
- Theo dõi và kiểm soát chi phí dự án trong phạm vi ngân sách
- Giám sát trực tiếp nhân viên ngoài hiện trường (chiếm khoảng 20-30% thời gian làm việc)
- Phối hợp cùng các bộ phận để đảm bảo hiệu quả chung của dự án
Yêu Cầu
- Nam/Nữ, độ tuổi từ 22–30
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án hoặc đội nhóm, ưu tiên từng làm Phỏng vấn viên hoặc QC tại các công ty nghiên cứu thị trường
- Trung thực, siêng năng, có khả năng chịu áp lực cao
- Kỹ năng tổ chức và giám sát công việc tốt
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác khi được yêu cầu
Quyền Lợi
- Mức lương: 7.000.000 – 9.000.000 VNĐ/tháng
- Xét tăng lương định kỳ 6 tháng/lần
- Thưởng theo dự án, thưởng cuối năm hấp dẫn
- Cơ hội thăng tiến rõ ràng trong môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h30 – 17h30 từ thứ 2 đến thứ 7 hoặc theo yêu cầu dự án
