Job Description

Accounts Payable Associates are responsible for managing accounts payable and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner. They ensure all liabilities and expenses are properly recorded and accounted for. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented, and continuously seeks to streamline processes. They are open to new ideas, self-aware in communication, and committed to continuous improvement through feedback.
Must have:
  • Learn and use daily accounting and vendor relationship systems
  • Review and process bills from vendors
  • Review purchase requisitions and confirm approval processes in procurement management system
  • Ensure that bills from vendors are supported by approved purchase orders and follow up with Pluralsight employees as necessary
  • Process regular payment runs
  • Monitor and respond promptly to constant inflow of e-mails to AP inbox and other communication channels

  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tesorio, Hiver or other accounting systems

Job Description:

Accounts Payable Associates are responsible for managing accounts payable and process payments in a timely and accurate manner. AP Associates are directly involved in ensuring all liabilities and expenses are properly recorded and accounted for.

What you'll do:

  • Learn and use daily accounting and vendor relationship systems
  • Review and process bills from vendors

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in AP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Graduation with a background in accounting is required

Requirement:

  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tesorio, Hiver or other accounting systems a plus
  • Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Bangalore office two days per week, as agreed up on with your leader.
