Job Description
- Ability to read complex technical drawings related to helicopter assembly.
- Adjusting and assembling helicopter-specific components.
- Performing riveting, part adjustment, and metallization on helicopters.
- Applying sealants and other treatments in the aerospace industry.
- Using specialized tools and measuring instruments for helicopters.
- Following quality standards and procedures for defect-free assembly.
- Performing quality control of operations in compliance with aviation standards.
- Identifying and reporting defects or anomalies.
- Strict adherence to safety, hygiene rules, and internal regulations.
- Mandatory experience on helicopter final assembly lines.
- Mastery of sector-specific helicopter assembly processes.
- CQPM Adjuster-Assembler, BAC Pro Aeronautics diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in helicopter adjustment-assembly.
- Expertise in helicopter adjustment and assembly.
- Solid understanding of helicopter assembly processes.
- Precision, rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.

Job Description
We are looking for highly qualified Adjuster Assemblers (M/F) to join our team dedicated to the manufacturing and adjustment of helicopter tail booms.
Responsibilities:
- Reading complex technical drawings related to helicopter assembly.
- Adjusting and assembling helicopter-specific components, in accordance with standards.
- Performing riveting operations, part adjustment, and metallization on helicopters.
- Applying sealants and other treatments required in the aerospace industry.
- Using specialized tools and measuring instruments specific to helicopters.
- Following quality standards and procedures to ensure defect-free assembly.
- Quality control of operations within deadlines, in compliance with aviation standards.
- Identifying and immediately reporting defects or anomalies to the team leader or control department.
- Strict adherence to safety rules, hygiene and internal regulations
Qualifications
- Required experience on helicopters: You must have worked on final helicopter assembly lines and master the assembly processes specific to this sector.
- Diploma: CQPM Adjuster-Assembler, BAC Pro Aeronautics or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in helicopter adjustment-assembly.
- Technical skills: Expertise in helicopter adjustment and assembly, with a solid understanding of the processes.
- Personal qualities: Precision, rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills in an environment subject to strict deadlines.
