Job Summary
Interstellar Arc, the newest immersive attraction from Emmy®-winning creators Felix & Paul Studios, is launching at AREA15 Las Vegas in October 2025. As an Administrative Assistant, you will ensure a seamless guest experience from ticket purchase to venue entry, managing ticketing systems, resolving inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. This role combines strong organizational skills with a guest-first mindset to uphold Interstellar Arc’s commitment to delivering accessible and unforgettable immersive entertainment.
Must Have
- Manage ticketing systems, including sales, reservations, and reporting.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, purchases, and troubleshooting.
- Track and reconcile daily ticket sales.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with privacy and data protection standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for guest feedback and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to guest services and venue operations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, ticketing, or front-of-house operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and G suite.
- Proficient with ticketing software; Ticketure, Tix Track, and timed entry events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Good to Have
- Experience working with third-party sales channels (e.g., resellers, OTAs, or promotional partners).
- Experience with Las Vegas market sales trends to optimize ticketing strategies and guest engagement.

Mission:
As an Administrative Assistant, your mission is to ensure every guest has a seamless and positive experience from the moment they purchase a ticket to the time they enter the venue. You serve as the bridge between our guests and operations, managing ticketing systems and resolving inquiries by combining strong organizational skills with a guest-first mindset, you help uphold Interstellar Arc’s commitment to delivering immersive entertainment that is both accessible and unforgettable.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage ticketing systems, including sales, reservations, and reporting.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, purchases, and troubleshooting.
- Track and reconcile daily ticket sales.

- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with privacy and data protection standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for guest feedback and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to guest services and venue operations.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, ticketing, or front-of-house operations, ideally in entertainment, hospitality, or events.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
