Job Description
As a Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

● 6+ years of hands-on experience on the Mulesoft module in Support
● Support experience should be in S/4 HANA
● Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management
● Be flexible to work in 2nd shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST)
● Strong experience in API design, RAML, DataWeave, Anypoint Studio, and Anypoint Platform.
● Developed and deployed MuleSoft applications for seamless integration and improved data flow.
● Good understanding of the ELK Stack for log monitoring, anomaly detection, error analysis, and corrective actions.
● Collaborated with SAP teams to resolve integration errors, troubleshooting customer and internal production issues.
● Responded to customer issues, logged them in Jira, documented resolutions, and ensured transparency.
● Knowledge of Bitbucket Actions for CI/CD.
● Proficient in using Postman, REST API, and WSDL for testing and integration.
● Presented daily reports on production errors, actions taken, and follow-ups.
● Used Zoom Alert to track incidents, inform the team, and provide performance insights.
● Maintained comprehensive documentation of issues and actions, enhancing the knowledge base
