Job Summary
SEGULA Technologies, a global engineering group, is seeking an experienced After-Sales Service Planner (M/F) for its industrial sector. The role involves planning all after-sales service interventions in France, supervising client requests, ensuring reactive and rigorous handling of complaints, guaranteeing timely and effective interventions, and managing information feedback. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in industrial or HVAC, with skills in stock management and emergency situation handling.
Must Have
- Plan all after-sales service interventions in France
- Supervise the reception and management of client requests in conjunction with the Client Relationship Center
- Guarantee reactive, rigorous, and quality processing of client complaints
- Ensure respect for deadlines and performance of interventions
- Ensure the traceability of all actions carried out (reserve lifts, claims, interventions, sending notices, etc.)
- Support teams in the planning and organization of interventions
- Ensure feedback after interventions (problems encountered, suggestions for improvement, client feedback)
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in a similar position
- Stock and supply management
- Ability to manage emergency situations

Job Description
