  • Intermediate-high programming proficiency in Python or R.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

Job description

Purpose of the position:

  • Provide support to our clients in the development of tailored analytical solutions such as statistical model development, customized studies, Score validation tests, and other analytical needs that Experian's associated entities present on a daily basis.
  • Guide and validate the developments made by the factory collaborators aimed at solving various needs around the credit cycle (origination, maintenance, and collection) of our clients, from a critical analytical point of view and business knowledge depending on the type of project assigned.
  • Implement control mechanisms in each development phase to ensure the quality of deliverables, either in internal review processes or in interactions with clients.
  • Accompany the development of generic products to validate all statistical assumptions for their good market performance and ensure adequate acceptance by our clients at the time of their launch.
  • Another important aspect is to execute novel analyses that generate value for Experian's clients, in which their quality and innovation are an outstanding aspect.

Finally, the specialist is expected to be an analytical guide for Experian, being innovative in statistical techniques for the elaboration of models, analyses, or any other valuable deliverable for our clients.

Deliverables:

  • Development, validation, or calibration of tailored statistical models, generic Bureau models, and policies.
  • Backtesting development.
  • Development of control dashboards.
  • Client support through training on model development and validation concepts or on analytical services offered by Experian.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Development, validation, or calibration of generic or tailored analytical solutions, ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
  • The role involves direct contact with external clients, being responsible for the preparation of strategic deliverables and their presentation, both in person and virtually. This includes content preparation, alignment with client objectives, and effective presentation of the deliverable, ensuring clear, professional communication aligned with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with delivery times to our clients while maintaining quality standards.
  • Analytical support to clients through decision-oriented presentations, in order to design optimal solutions adapted to each product.
  • Collaborate in the construction of various generic products that have a high statistical load.
  • Lead and guide the Factory team in the development of analytical solutions, promoting knowledge transfer and the application of effective methodologies.
  • Innovate in the use of new statistical methodologies that allow for better indicators in the different statistical models that are developed.
  • Automation of repetitive processes to optimize delivery times and improve the quality of deliverables offered to our clients.
