Job Description

As an Artistic Director at Publicis, you will be responsible for creating a creative and effective partnership to design, adapt, and execute 360 campaigns across Canada for our local and international clients, with a focus on original creations. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will oversee artistic direction for photoshoots, filming, animation, web design, and key campaign pieces. The role requires a strong emphasis on originality, understanding client strategy, and fostering authentic interpersonal relationships within a culture of engagement and responsibility.

Must Have:
  • Design, adapt, and execute various advertising campaigns
  • Produce visual content and multimedia components
  • Work in a team with copywriters, strategists, and account services
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in design, preferably in an advertising agency
  • 360-degree experience, especially on the Web
  • Good knowledge of social media
  • Proficiency in graphic design software Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
  • UX/UI proficiency
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a stimulating and constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English

Overview

As an Artistic Director, you will be responsible for creating a creative and effective partnership to design, adapt, and execute 360 campaigns across Canada for our local and international clients. You will have the opportunity to work particularly on original creations. This position reports to the Creative Director.

You will provide artistic direction for photoshoots, filming, animation, and Web design, as well as the design of the key pieces for each campaign. We are looking for someone who places great importance on originality and has a good understanding of strategy and client objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven talent for forging authentic interpersonal relationships and values a culture of engagement and responsibility.
